Collective benefits

We have negotiated and implemented one of the widest arrays of benefits in the tourism industry: seniority (after one year of work, you are entitled to a thirteenth months salary, and after 4 years you are eligible, under certain conditions, for a bonus), transport (50% reimbursement of the cost of your travel card), petrol coupons (for automobile travel beyond public transport operating hours pertaining to certain jobs/conditions), finance (our Company Savings Plan with an additional 30% incentive payment by the Company).

And personal benefits

They complement the above collective benefits depending on your status:
- Cast Members non cadre(non management): When you have one year of seniority, you will be paid extra for working on bank holidays.
- Cast Members cadre(management): When you have one year of seniority, you are entitled to compensatory time off if you have to work bank holidays, and to an additional pension plan. Also, Cast Members in commercial sales and those responsible for a team or a profit centre are paid a variable percentage of their wages (from 0 to 15% depending upon status) if their individual objectives and the company objectives are met.
